Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been processed for fulfillment. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@lumalineco.co with your order number. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may initiate a return instead.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
  • The item is not listed as a final sale or non-returnable product.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

4. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • Items with obvious signs of use or wear.
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

5. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different variants of the same product (such as size or color) within 30 days, subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead. Contact us to initiate an exchange.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or neglect.

7. Return Shipping

For eligible returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. All returns must be sent to Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. Please do not send returns to our business address in Ballwin, as this will delay processing.

8. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@lumalineco.co with photos of the issue. We will replace the item at no additional cost or issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges.
