1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. If you are outside the US, please contact us for special arrangements.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days typically ship the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): $5.99, or FREE on orders over $50.
- Expedited Shipping (2 business days): $12.99.
- Express Shipping (1 business day): $24.99.
4. Free Shipping
All orders with a subtotal of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. Free shipping applies to the subtotal after any discounts but before taxes. The free shipping threshold may be subject to change during promotional periods.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also view order status and tracking information in your My Account dashboard under Order History.
6. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local postal carrier. If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us at support@lumalineco.co and we will investigate with the carrier.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement or issue a refund. For lost shipments confirmed by the carrier, we will reship your order at no additional cost.
8. Return Shipping Address
For returns and exchanges, please send items to Autofulfill, 333 SE 2nd Ave, Miami, Florida 33131. We provide prepaid return labels for eligible returns. Do not send returns to our business address in Ballwin.
9. Address Changes
We can only change shipping addresses for orders that have not yet been processed. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your shipping address. Once an order has been fulfilled, the address cannot be changed.
