1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Returns received after 30 days may be subject to a partial refund or store credit at our discretion.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@lumalineco.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label for eligible returns.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the return label.
  5. Drop off the package at any authorized shipping location.

Please do not send returns to our business address in Ballwin, Missouri. Returns sent to the wrong address will experience significant delays in processing.

4. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 3 business days. If the return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

5. Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for different variants of the same product (size, color, or style) within 30 days, subject to availability. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will automatically issue a refund instead. To exchange an item, follow the same return process and specify your preferred exchange variant in your return request.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased from the clearance section.
  • Personalized, customized, or made-to-order products.
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
  • Products missing original packaging, tags, or accessories.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos documenting the issue. We will replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund, including original shipping charges. Defective items do not need to be in original packaging for return.

8. Return Shipping Costs

For eligible returns within the 30-day window, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. If you choose to use your own shipping method, we recommend using a trackable service. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product).
